Closing Meditation
To internalize the experience, we will transition into a final meditation, allowing the insights gained to nourish your soul.

Mindful or Community Lunch
You can buy lunch at the Lakeside Kitchen and Bar, which is approximately 3 meters away from the venue - menu below, or bring your own lunch (both can be enjoyed at a privately decked veranda adjoining our event room).  Feel free to choose between your own silent, mindful lunch to continue the introspection or a social lunch to connect with like-minded individuals.
